We are pretty excited here at the estate. Wonderful things have been happening, such as SCS/EE Last Chance DJ took first place in the North Shore Stables Foal Show. We are so proud of this little girl, and can already see all of the potential in her. Here is a photo from her event...
Also, if you have taken a look at our staff page, and have read the history on the estate, the Rodes foster child Amber Anne has become a beautiful young adult! And we are gracing you with a picture from the joyous event. It was a cozy little birthday with just Nathan, and Rylan and then after the event they offered their home to Amber to stay and become an even more important role in the estate. Can you all guess what she said? Well YES of course, and with that came the 3 of them entering a team cross country event. Even if they don't place they had fun.

Wow, it may not seem like it but we have been very busy here at the estate. We have entered and are working on entries with many different shows right now, and making sure we meet all the deadlines. Pictures from EE Chestnut Rose's show is up on her page, along with SCS/EE Last Chance DJ's halter show, which is on her page :)
But this post is mainly to introduce our wonderful new colt (who will be entered in a few halter shows) from WineBrook Equestrian Center, WBEC/EE Cloud Of Diamonds. Here is a picture of his and his mom,  SPS/EE Diamond In The Rough(curtesy of WineBrook EC).

We have adopted (by breeding request) a gorgeous little paint filly by the name of SCS/EE Last Chance DJ.  She is a relative of MSE Off The Ritalin. Her profile is up along with all of our other wonderful horses. We are still awaiting the results from the cross country show we entered EE Hocus Pocus in but we are hopeful. Here is a picture of SCS/EE Last Chance DJ and her mom SCS Rebelious Shine :)

So if you check out most of our profiles they are basically done. Pedigrees are filled out, a picture is up, and our horses general information is there for you to see. But as the title of this post stats, I have a picture of our lovely paint mares and single paint stallion, Dust. Here they are and check out there page for a little more info.
I may not be doing a mini bio for all of the horses as I had previously done with our mixed breeds, but some special ones may still recieve one.

So I know my site isn't done, but it is mainly because profiling really SUCKS! As of that I decided to take a little break and enter a competition. The competition I entered is WC/NGW November Cross Country Show. We have entered Rylan, riding one of our new quaters EE Hocus Pocus. Hocus, is larger than your average AQH, and his heart leaps at every jump, so we figured he would be a good fit, and it gets his name out there. Here are a few of the photos from the event.

So, I have half of the profiles up, or atleast most of the information. I am still missing pictures and what not on our horses pages but that will be coming very soon, as my work at school is letting up and the weekend is around the corner. Since our site is still not up and running I suggest you take a look at our affiliates page, where many other wonderful stables are listed :) So for now here is a sneek peek at our American Quater Horses! ( Well most of them, EE Canadian Mist is not down here, but his profile page is already up, so if you havent met him, go take a look!)

Sooooooooo, here is a layout of the new site, and I'm hoping you all like. I have gotten my laptop back and I am now in the process of redoing the estate and adding in our new horses, and foals. This isn't much of an update but I am redoing and revamping so it will be a long process.

Keep an eye out for our profiles of our horses :)

Katelyn@EE

Yes, as my title states, I should be getting my laptop back tommorow so dont fret. I have not abandoned you, far from.

I have recently adopted 2 beautiful paints, and more information on them are to come later, along with the pictures and profiles of all my new horses!

So I will be getting my laptop back thursday and all but the site will be under construction for a little while, as I add and remove profiles, along with change to general look of the site.

Hapy simming!

Katelyn@EE

So I have a big speed bump in this revamp progess and a half update from what was in my last post. First I will start with the fact that we have decided to breed American Quater Horses, and Americans Paints instead of Warmbloods. We love warmbloods, but we are going with Quater Horses.

Next is the fact that I am going to be inactive for quite a while as my laptop screen decided to break today and I am looking into getting it fixed, so the site and the estate will be on hold until further notice.

Happy simming to everyone else :)

Also all of our horses that were for sale have found their way to new happy homes.

Katelyn@EE

*UPDATE* All horses have found homes!

As previously stated we are revamping, which is going to take some time but we have narrowed down to 2 breeds which we absolutley love. It was difficult as we came up with 4 breeds but we are also downsizing in this process so we didn't want to take on more than we can handle. So the 2 breeds we have choosen for the new look are *drumroll*  the Belgian Warmblood, and the American Paint. Yes not likely pairings for the same breeding facility but we are unconventional and love the breeds.
So with that here is the sad list of the many beloved horses we have to depart with.
Mares
SCS Angel SOLD
PBE Revised Dark SOLD
RIWS West Delight SOLD
EE Tilanas Dowry SOLD
 Stallions
PBE Ghost Buster SOLD
LEC Lake of Thorns SOLD
RIWS Nevada Blessing SOLD
SCS Dream Catcher SOLD
LEC King of the Clouds SOLD
We absolutley love all of our horses and want nothing but the best homes for them. We hate to see them go but for us to be able to grow along with them we need to depart. To apply for one of them just go to Sales tab.
NOTE: Previous owners will get first "dibs" on there horses if they wish to have them back.

In saying that we are keeping 4 of our horses.
EE Canadian Mist
MSE Jail Break
MSE Positively Platinum
EE Nearing Millicent
will be staying here at the estate with us.
This process is going to be long and I will try to keep you updated as possible but I won't make any promises.
